" After using our in-house custom made HelpDesk, we decided to give PHP Support Desk a try. With an average of anywhere from 20 to 50 tickets a day and close to 1,000 customers, our inhouse helpdesk lacked needed features to better manage our customers. After going though the install which only took 5 minutes, we were ready to go, I spent about 30 minutes adding all the features.
PHP Support Desk is very robust and gives mangement of our trouble tickets a new meaning. Users dont have to re-enter their account information in every new ticket and they are now able to view all past tickets, something they could not do in the past.
