Leased License - $150
A leased license grants you the right to run The Support Desk on one web server and one web site for each license purchased for 1 year from date of order. Each license may power one instance of The Support Desk on one domain. During the year, you will be provided with free support and and unlimited updates. At the end of the year, you must purchase another license in order to continue to run The Support Desk.

Owned License - $250
An owned license grants you the right to run on one web server and one web site for each license purchased for an unlimited time. Each license may power one instance of The Support Desk on one domain. Included in this package is one year, from date of order, of free support and and unlimited updates. If you wish to access the members section after the elapse of this year, there is a fee of $50/year. This fee will include support and updates for free. If you do not opt for this renewal fee and if you require any support after the one year period, you will be charged $35/hr.
