License Agreement:

By installing and using The PHP Support Desk on your server, you ("the Licensee") have irrevocably and unconditionally agreed to the following terms and conditions:

The PHP Support Desk license grants you the right to run one instance (a single installation) of The PHP Support Desk on one web server and one web site for each license purchased. Each license may power one instance of The PHP Support Desk on one domain.

After the expiry of a leased license, The PHP Support Desk must either be removed from the server, or another license purchased. Use of The PHP Support Desk after the expiry of the license term constitutes a violation of copyright.

All customers must submit the URL where they are using (or plan to use) each license. The URL can be submitted via the The PHP Support Desk members area.

The PHP Support Desk source code cannot be altered. If any such alteration is made by the Licensee, the license shall stand revoked forthwith.

All The PHP Support Desk copyright notices within design templates must remain unchanged (and visible) at all times.

If any terms are violated, E-Phoria Technologies Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to revoke the license at any time. If the license is revoked, The PHP Support Desk must be removed from the server immediately. No refunds will be granted for revoked licenses. License fees are non-refundable.

Disclaimer of Warranty

THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.

E-Phoria Technologies Pvt. Ltd., is not liable for the content of any message posted on a forum powered by The PHP Support Desk. The user must assume the entire risk of using the program. ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE, provided that the claimant is using the software without making any alterations thereto.

Any waiver of any default by the Licensee hereunder shall not be deemed to be a continuing waiver of such default or a waiver of any other default or of any of the provisions of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions may not be superseded, modified, or amended except in a writing stating that it is a modification and signed by an authorized representative of each party hereto, provided, however, that E-Phoria Technologies Pvt. Ltd.. may modify the terms provided hereunder. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Licensee and E-Phoria Technologies Pvt. Ltd, with regard to The PHP Support Desk and shall be governed by the laws of India.
